RETREAT ROOM

Welcome to Phillips Cottage.  My little retreat room will hold up to 20 maximum for showers, board meetings and presentations and 10 to 12 for sewing retreats.  The room has a large cutting island and two 4 x 8 foot tables and one 2 x 8 foot table.  It has a serving bar and small refrigerator, coffee pot, water dispencer, silverware, and serving bar.  The cost for the room is:
