Phillips Cottage

Phillips Cottage is a 1921 Carriage House with original wood floors and a large porcelain tub.  It has been completely renovated and is fully furnished.  It is an Air BnB and has a rate of $85.00 per night.  It is stocked with kitchen items and comfortable twin beds and lovely quilts.  It has cable, wifi, iron, ironing board, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector.  Please visit Phillips Cottage on www.airbnb.com and key in Phillips Cottage to reserve.  No pets or children allowed due to stairway and family allergies.  

If your are a quilter/Stamp Booker/Sewer and want the Retreat Room and Cottage you must contact me personally at (903)530-2527 and book.  The rate for the Cottage and Retreat Room is $135.00 a night.  The Retreat Room has a cutting table, ironing boards, etc.
